Default Please review my site and advise something

Portal TOP-CASA top-casa(dot)com still relatively new, a lot of time was given for the development, redesign and improvement of functional parts.
Project develops, but slowly. Many factors - the main course is a huge competition. Of course there are also factors that probably are missing.
Please review it and give some tips and suggestions.
    Thanks!!!

    Default Nice Website

Nice Website! The only thing I thought was different is the image of the 10% and 25% over the properties. I dont get what that means. Is it 10%-25% off those properties?

    Default It's discount

10% 25% or 5% it's discount for proeprties. If the owners want to sell the property fast they begin to discount.

It's a little cluttered. Personally, I like a clean and focused experience for my end user so they don't get distracted. If you give them too much they will get pulled in a bunch of different directions and end up leaving because they are a little interested in everything and seriously interested in nothing. Just a thought.
