Donotrent.com - new rental review and social networking site

I recently came across Donotrent.com which is a newer rental review website. They allow users (tenants) to post and chat about all types of rental properties. This site has an edge on their competition by allowing users to chat and share their reviews with friends on their favorite social site.

Interesting idea. Similar to the bed bug registry. Not sure what other feedback to give without knowing more about what you want out of it. Are you affiliated with them or are you planning to compete with them?

The core Idea is pretty interesting and allowing user to get more insight about what they are buying/selling or renting...

This will not only give the feedback of houses but the Real estate companies as well.

Very well idea though the design is rough but idea is worth appreciating!

Neato principle. But without content, it's lame. I searched Boston and didn't see a single review for anything.

Well..no doubt this is a nice site , in fact i feel that we all should check reviews before checking rentals, there are few more sites which i found out.
