Well, looks pretty cool. Unique construction. However, the bottom line is cost right?
If you can keep your costs down like local builders do, you've got a pretty good shot at becoming pretty huge. Use local tradesmen and materials for example for to compete with the local builders in the area. Many rural areas around the country have local experienced builders who are cutting back on materials to be more "green". Buyers want less and the family units are smaller nowadays anyway. McMansions don't sell any longer in rural areas. Sooooo, modular builders are up on the new trends. Maybe Luxury Eco will be too. Giving the consumer, the retiring consumer, the vacation home consumer even more choices now.

Plus, if you were to work with qualified buyers where Luxury Eco would front the costs (including running the SEU/electric cable from the street to the finished product), while your customer is obtaining a 30yr fixed to pay Luxury Eco back for its work, you've got even a better shot at becoming huge.

Or Luxury Eco could act like the bank and lease out the completed home to the qualified buyer. Just an idea that nobody seems to be doing....probably due to greed. But, that's just me...and 299 million others...Purchase and Lease Back?! Who said that?! That? That would never work! No way!

But, looks good. In a few years I'll look you up again. I'm not staying in NE Pa any longer than I have to. But Luxury Eco should keep all doors to obtaining customers open. Including financing. It's a new world. Hard Money lenders and Lease Option, Contract to Deed is the way of the future.

    Thumbs up

First of all, thats a creative website! If that website is your brainchild, you are probably creative enough to produce creative solutions for business too.

But as far as the actual market research and costs go, I agree with Mr.CM.

    Best of luck!
