The website could use some work. All I saw was a site map. You need your own logo and more content. The nagivation bar at the top could use a better look.

Wow.. Really great site
Do you have to pay to get listings? Are these NO-FEE listings or all listings?

You do not need to pay to get listings. All listings are free including Logo and Photo uploads. Once your property is uploaded, your listing would be mapped in Google maps and displayed accordingly.

I am not making money in it at all. As such all the softwares, tools, US Geo Data everything has been obtained free from the internet. And the cost of hosting is met by the revenue from Google ads.

Actually, there are no bugs.. sorry... Got confused with a different website... Wanna share listings database and/or cross market?

Nice site, still needs some work
The site has a good start. Out of the four links at the top of the home page, only "apartment-finder.com" and the "List Your Apartment" links work. The other two are dead links.
The inside pages have a nice layout and the search seems to work. When I click on "Advertise", it just brings up a login screen, a price list or type of ad might be nice here. The "Help" link seems to be broken.
Overall the site looks good, especially after you finish tweaking the site.

Good...
I like the concept and I like the program and design. iI need to agree with the first guy though regarding the big map. I think a lot of people may get stuck at that homepage and not know what to do next. Maybe that should be a link "Map" which can be easily accessed throuout the site..headers, footers, side menus, etc.. But not as a home page.

Gotta charge SOMEONE!
Newspapers and and craigslist have a similar problem.
Gotta figure out who you could charge for ONE MAIN REASON!
If you don't charge landlords for instance, you don't know whether it is a legitimate landlord or not. We prescreen our landlord and also charge our clients because we provide support. Simple listings (FREE) will never work and just create confusion. We've tried that.
