Looks like a pretty clean website. I'm unsure about placing those "Sales Property of the Week" in an iframe. From what I've read those iFrames may have some problems with bots, which means that they won't index properly. If anything just use tables as you will be able to get the same result and its is search bot friendly at all points.

I like the touches of bright pink on the homepage, but it starts to get a bit excessive and overwhelming as you start going through the listings. I would scale that back a bit and just use it in small touches throughout the website like for specific words, titles, or links.

Also, there's nothing about the company or agents on your site so people really have no idea who they'll be working with or who will be contacting them. You may want to add a company or agents page to the site to give it a little more personalization.

Oh and all of the links at the bottom under "General" and "Estate Guides" are broken, so those should be fixed or removed asap. But other than that, a good start so far.
