Please Review, Your Insight Needed
I'm not a designer, developer, seo guy, or anything else when it comes to websites. What I do have is a passion for revealing the truth about real estate investing. I have spent the last 18 months, of free time, posting information I and my family have acquired over the past 4 decades in regards to real estate investing. All is free to read. Problem lies in the fact that the site is nearly 2 years old, has tons of unique content, tutorials, q&a etc, etc, but few visitors. I average 70 uniques a day with each unique viewing 3-5 pages. Any ideas from the wise.

Happy to help..
JAMikel, if possible try to see how the site looks with the text centered. Leave the tables on the left as is as far as the links are concerned, but shift the body of the site to the center. Next, add color! Most people think this is not relevant, but the colors do indeed affect the mood. One of your images shows a house on a cloudy looking day. Take sunny images and use brighter colors, it will go far.
Here is some care.com and local sitter service information that you can start using today.

Excellent
Estaterules, thank you for taking the time to give my site a look. I will indeed take your suggestions forward. Easier said than than done, though. I have been struggling with my traffic numbers for a while now so constructive input is always appreciated.

SOme Changes Made
Hello again, what about the new changes?? Better/worse
Changes: centered website logo and text on pages, changed navbar color(still playing with color), done away with gray/blue table surrounding text on home page.
Difficult to swap out photos from rainy days to sunny as I no longer own these homes and most of the home pics I have are not of good enough quality to use on site.
Thanks James
