Working on my site, need feedback please.

For the last 5 years I have been trying to get my site up and functioning. Finally, the last 6 weeks I have really put in work and soon it will fully searchable and updated with a weekly blog. Please checkout my site and give me some feedback. Keep in mind that it is "in the works"... also, don't just look without critiquing. I see all the "views" and low comments others get. I really need the advice.

The site seems pretty good, the only thing I don't like about it is the text at the very top. It's a little generic and not quite branded. Otherwise, the site isn't bad. You may want to add more color in certain places at it seems very "black and white" with no solid distinction of the content areas.

The domain unfortunately is a bit too long to type out, if a client were to see it in an advertisement or on business card he might have a hard time typing it. Try finding a shorter URL for print media use.

Adam, you actually have a great site, it looks clean and professional. Now what you are really looking for is coming up. First add some color to the site, spruce rit up! You want people to be happy and feel good about getting a new place. It will go a long way to spruce up the aesthetic. If at all possible, the smaller window on the map moves first with lag movement from the bigger map. Is there anyway to get them in sync with each other ie you move the small map indicator meanwhile the big view area moves in real time. It shows you put in a lot of work!

some pretty neat functionalities you got there Adam! good use of frames, not too cluttered content even though there is a lot going on on the homepage.

From what I felt, you should work on making your site look more people oriented, right now it looks a bit too... err..lifeless to me. Try putting your own image on about us page and some smiley people/ bright houses on appropriate pages will make it look more personal.

Your website definitely has a clean and professional look, but I agree with the other reviews that it could use a bit more color and personalization. Don't be afraid to use more pictures -- maybe create a page with the different condos displayed with the name and an exterior photo of each? That way visitors can easily get an idea of what each building looks like instead of having to go through each individual condo page to see them. Other than that, your website is very easy to navigate and has great IDX features/functions.
