It looks very professional and I like the clean look. Lots of elements, but they do not feel crowded with each other. I would recommend making the contact information on your top right a little bit more noticeable. Also, I would clean the footer up a little, as it is very cluttered.

I like your site very much. Good layout, reasonably good color combinations. I like the scrolling properties at the top that slides different properties to feature on the website.

The only thing I would change is the text for the main menu, as it seems to be a bit harsh and unprofessional. I would use a font that's the same as the rest of your website. (I believe it's "Arial")

Maybe add some spacing to the bottom after the [Reading More], as it seems a bit scrunched and pushed up against the bottom. Also the keywords on the bottom could be cleaned up just a bit.

I have to say your site looks awesome! I am here in the US and just did a currency conversion! Your site made me want to move! I LOVE the colors and sharp images. Whoever took the pictures should really be commended. If you want someone to be interested in a home you should take the image on a bright sunny day, show the foliage or landscape in the best light period. Great usability and I must say Bravo!
