Smile Yet another website review request

I've been working on this one for quite some time now. I know its not quite SEO optimized yet so I'd like some tips on that as well as anything else anyone may recommend.

    From a conversion standpoint...

I like the main banner with your picture on it, very personable. I'd recommend inserting your phone number into the picture in a large font, since I had to spend about 15 seconds trying to find your contact form.

I like the buy/sell/why use a realtor buttons, but they don't go anywhere at the moment.

I would also take some of the tabs out of your top navigation. It's a little cluttered and my eyes tend to stay away from them.

    Overall, clean website, good content.

Good point about the phone number. I'll have to add that sometime soon. The buttons are fixed now. Any suggestions to make it more SEO friendly?

Maybe add more content that includes the keywords you're focusing on?
Also, I noticed there were two code blocks where the Google Analytics coding was placed on the homepage -- I though GA coding was supposed to be placed at the bottom of pages; is the block at the top (within all the meta info) necessary?
