The site is doing well and has a strong following. We receive about 15 million hit per month but need help with our rankings. I would be thankfull for any pointers.

But as far as ranking, it's pretty much on google. But how do you get that many hits per month? That's insane.

I barely get 20,000 hits per month..

we also have a new site juz set up, probably will only get 15 hits per month

the overall design is good. Must be lots of effort. I have noticed that you have got dynamic URLs which hinder your PR. If you convert your dynamic URLs to static ones, you will find benefit to your PR.
