Default Does My Site Communicate To Realtors???

Hi Guys... so I have my site that my main target market are Realtors. I sell real estate flyer templates.

Does my site communicate well to you as an agent?? Does it make sense what my product does?? How about pricing (too much, just right, too low?)

Any review would be much appreciate!!

(Note* I was shooting for that clean Apple look )

I like the sterile look of the site and it is laid out very simple easy to understand. Market not sure, but it is a good start. Best of luck.

I would suggest changing the order a little on your feature list.

Right now, you've made it so things like "PDF Advanced Template Technology," rich text support, and spell checking are among the very first features to be shown. Then features like "Point & Click: Add/Replace Photos" and "Send via Email" are listed later, yet I think these are the features that would be more appealing to someone in real estate.

It seems to me that most of the real useful applications of the product are displayed too low on the page. I would strongly recommend moving the "Point & Click," "Email," "Print," and similar features that are real applications of it closer to the top and push the more technical aspects like compatibility down lower where people who are interested in further information can find it if they want to know.

Not bad, but personally it looks too much like other sales websites that I have seen out there offering link building software or ebooks, the problem with them is that the page seems to go on forever and you know what is coming at the bottom of the page! "All yours for only ...." or "Discounted price, limited time ..." you get where I am coming from.

Having said that, the product you are offering looks very good and I am sure that you will get a few sales from it. Before we became part of the MLS that we are on in Spain, we did not have any software to do our window templates and many of the small estate agents that we deal with or know of still have very poor looking sales sheets. So it is a good product that you can make some money out of.

I would work on organizing the content. Think of it more on terms of an outline and work it from there. Also, keep in mind that the more pages of useful unique content, the better for SEO.

    Default Looks Good

As a former Broker, I can see the use for what you are selling. It is good for those who are not adept at microsoft office. I also like your cost. It is certainly less than purchasing MS Office. Good luck.
Permanent credit restoration is much better than simple repair. Higher credit scores equal more real estate transactions. We use a United States federal law and have never lost a single trade line dispute with the 3 major credit bureaus in 11 years. Credit knowledge is Power

I liked that your website is clean and organized.

You may consider viewing your site on some browsers. I'm using chrome and it seems that there's a lot white spaces on every rows..

    have a nice day,

    Sean

It works I would add the ability to full screen the YouTube video.
Put the URL in the bottom of your video throughout the entire video for others that find your video from YouTube search.

    Good Luck.
