I don't mind the way you have used the side bar as a menu. Really helps with navigation.

Interesting. Only half the site is actually the site because the other half is the hand holding the house. I would make that about 1/3 the size and increase your sites real estate space. Colors work nicely.

1. Users should be able to tell difference between regular text and links. To me everything looks the same. You might want to make the links bold or italics. Make it stand out from the text.
2. Previous posters were right. Your main goal is to sell the farm property. If there was a sideshow of your farm on the left then it would've helped your purpose but the hand isn't helping that much at all. Takes the attention away from the rest of the contents.
3. If you intend to keep the hands then I would make the background of your page to white too then. Or you can use image editing software such as Photoshop or Paintshop pro to make the white background of the image to match with the background of your page.
4. You have got Twitter. So that's good. You should also create a Facebook fan page. More promotion is always good.Agents.mx - Your online source for tips on buying and selling homes, condominiums, & properties.

I must agree with agentsmx, the links look exactly the same as the text, there doesn't seem to be a lot of style to the website. Nothing really seems to match up, the image on the left just doesn't go well with the bgcolor. Separating the bgcolor to the content background might even make it stand out a little more.

I agree with the other posters. I don't really like the half page deal. Was there a reason for that? I would prefer to see the right side centered in the whole screen with a larger text viewing area, a nice header/logo, and navigation bar. The site doesn't clearly tell me what the site is about and what it will do for me.
