Its nice and clean with easy navigation. I like the use of Ajax that you have used on your description page. I would add a currency converter to the description pages for ease of use for foreign buyers.. I like the site, congratulations.

Again, another one that I am not too sure about. Why are estate agent website so dark? They should be light and colourful?

The layout is easy to find your way around but I don't like the property search, you would never be able to find the property that you are looking for. Why don't you have a search engine? Much easier.

I think dark looks more formal and serious... That's the only reason for the colors. Maybe also the usage of the colors in our logo math better with black (... in my mind).
