Looking for thoughts on this new Real Estate website for Los Angeles
Hey guys, would like you to check out the latest the latest Los Angeles Real Estate Deals at HouseRoamer.com
What we do is go through the listings and find the top 10 house deals and break them down by region in Los Angeles. The pitch is that investors/home buyers don't have to do all the searching themselves for great buys, they can instead just check our website once a week!
It was launched a couple of months ago and we are really looking for all possibly feedback as the traffic has been increasing. We hope it will be a great tool for potential real estate investors and home buyers to easily find the best deals on the market.
Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on it. Thanks!
We do the digging, you do the buying, 10 great deals at a time!

Absolutely love it. Best one I have seen in the review section of this forum so far by a country mile!
What cms are you using to power your website?
Loads of wicked features and lots to get stuck into on there, visitors won't get bored on your website and hopefully a few will come back as well.
Nice job

Thanks for the comments.
As far as CMS goes, the site was built using Joomla which overall is a great tool.

Yep, looks like it but there wasn't anything in the source to say it was.
Nice site though

It's a great looking site, but what search term are you targeting?
The reason I ask is this: unless you're driving people to the site, if you want any traffic you need to optimize for the search engines. That's a topic too involved for a simple blog post, but the test is this: are you on the first page for search results for your target search term?Hugh is a real estate developer in Richmond, Virginia.
Richmond VA Condos | Richmond VA MLS | Richmond VA Houses | Richmond VA New Homes
Richmond VA Realtors | Richmond VA Property Management
Henrico VA Real Estate | Hanover VA Real Estate | Chesterfield VA Real Estate | Goochland VA Real Estate
VCU Apartments | Winston Salem Apartments

Great looking site. I think once you get the traffic there, they will stay awhile.
