It is very generic and simple. Not to exciting and it runs slow.. Its not a bad start but it needs more content and a lot of work on the design.
I think the vertical right navigation items would be better if the items were automatically expanded instead of making the user click to expand.
Overall focus on the design, adding custom content, adding more appealing images, and if you can some movement.

Not a fan of "plum" color. The site seems to end after first section, needs more content on the homepage. But for a place to send people and legitimize your business with a site it is probably fine.

1. Your name is bit hard to read in the header image.
2. I would make the background color bit darker or lighter to make the rest of the contents stand out.
3. Blog: It has been abandoned since November, 2009. It doesn't look good. IF you start a blog then you must at least post an update once a week at least. You might have potential customers visiting the site regular to see new listings or update about listings.
May I also suggest a Twitter & Facebook account to boost up your publicity.Agents.mx - Your online source for tips on buying and selling homes, condominiums, & properties.

the design is poor. Think conversions. If someone goes to your website what is your goal? what do you want the visitor to do? Where should they be looking, you need to guide them to information you want them too see. You need to keep all these in mind when developing a site.

That a fan of the colour scheme either, softer colours and rbight colours work better in my view. You are also lacking a lot of content, the homepage looks half finished?

Yeah I don't care for the plum color scheme either. When I look at regional agent websites I always ask myself if this is representative of the area. You are trying to get people to buy in Albarta but I don't see anything to make me want to buy there. The design should be an extension of you and the area they are buying in. For instance, an agent specializing in beach homes would have a website that suits the properties and tells buyers they are experienced and can take care of their needs.
