I think the design is fitting for the region. I would recommend centering the contact box at the bottom of the page and giving a bit of space near the top of it, maybe include a brief message encouraging them to use it to contact you.

hey thx for the reply i agree the contact box needs a lil work .
im planing on putting a picture realtor symbol or something off to the right side of that contact box just havent decided witch..or mabey center it and put something small on eather side.

ever heard that saying:

Nice, like the flash at the top of the website, like the design, just a pity about the search results in the iframe, just doesn't look part of your website and looks very plain, if you could get it to style the same as your template then it would look a lot better.

I was surprised how quickly your pictures loaded at the top of the site, looks good and runs smooth. For your region it looks quite fitting, best of luck.

I like the site, layout and design. I agree on centering the comment box. This is just a suggestion, but you have an offer for a free CMA at the bottom of the page which gets lost on the page. Try having a small image designed around the offer and placing it either over the featured listing or your photo. Also the text would look better as the same font and size. The pages links in the footer seems excessive. Can this be shortened to the say 10 or so most popular ones?

suggestions: organize the list of interesting topics, it appears a little long and I am not sure if I would find what I am looking for, might frustrate some people ...
