Land Selling Website in Michigan

I'd be much obliged to anyone who can comment on my website. It's been up and running for about 6 months and I've made several small changes to it since it's inception.

The purpose of this site is to sell vacant land propertyes - all of which I own through Landmark Properties, LLC.

If you see anything I should add, get rid of, or change, let me know!

Not bad... I like the landscape images that you used. One thing that I wasn't a big fan of was the pop-up box to join the VIP club.

Very nice.
asking for business on every page that is what the website is supose to be for easy to contact from every page.
but i agree with bongoko i hate popups.

Not bad. But i agrre with other that popups made me annoyed a little as for me they mean something like virus or the kind. The fotos are cool and the views are marvellous.

the name says it all. great site. I would however use less boxes and leave the text more open. White space is crucial to making a site feel more open and enjoyable.

Site is looking great so far. Would improve on these things:

1. The image transition takes a bit long to load up. Should speed that up.
2. Place Twitter button at the top with other links. And also create a Facebook page so people can join as fans. It's all free so why not.
3. One of your links on Links page is broken. You forgot to add http to (365landseller).
4. Why do you have a Twitter app promotion banner in links? Your site is about selling lands. So why not be an affiliate for something in real estate, renovation tools, grass products, or green products.

I like simple coloured sites like yours, not too in your face and kind on the eye.

One thing that I would say about the website is the postlets.com link that brings up your properties took ages, if I was a normal client looking for a property for sale I would have been long gone and not waited about for the page to open.

I really like what you have done with the site. It's clean and easy to read. Your twitter image needs to be sized properly. Consider adding a facebook fan page along with twitter.
