Gosh, it looks sort of 'messy' - alot of stuff at the top half - your main website name is down in the lower middle part - should be at the top. The home page just looks messy - you've got (small size) textual information at the top and that just strikes me as strange - your main website and tag line should always be at the top.
The our team page looks great - that's the format/layout your home page should have.
Company Profile is ok except for FAQ being buried in it - FAQ should be easier to find. These pages popup and I'd recommed not having pop ups since most browsers block them. There is no reason to popup a new window everytime someone clicks on a link within your website.

Good use of wordpress, i would how ever have opted for a more open design. the content feels too forced and not so easy to read.
I am currently working from home (rental) on my business that sells Cuban Cigars. Looking to buy soon need some advice.

Well, it has potential but it is a mess right now. I really like the footer on the home page and the logo in the footer is great, so good job on that..
The header is horrible, the content is good, and the idea behind structure of the site is pretty good (tools on the homepage especially).
The listing pages have a lot of information on properties before you even click on them and I like the way you laid them out.
The fact the the navigation bar opens the pages in a new window is annoying and unappealing.
Anyway, good start, I think you can very successful with your website if you work on the design and layout. A good header and navigation bar would help tons!

That is one busy site. I would highly recommend using a lot less color. It visually is very confusing, sometimes less is more.

1. The site needs better SEO work to promote each house separately with meaningful keywords.
2. Several pages from the main menu open in a new window. It is annoying.
3. The instructions "Click House Photo for Complete Home Details including room dimensions." dont work. It take the visitor to the contact page.
4. There are several opinions about color full and minimalist designs. I like minimalist.
I hope this can help you a bit.

Your site needs to be organized:
1. Is your office messy as this? or are you a messy person?
I hope not but this is the message you're sending your potential buyers or clients.
2. You have got too many colors going on and my eye is all over the place. First thing a user should see when they visit the website is the logo. It should stand out first. My advice is limit your colors to max 3 or less. 2 color is always good. You can have different shades in each color going from dark to light.
3. Logo: It should be placed at the top. Just like the way you have on the search pages.
4. What's up with the New Window for each link? All your website links should open in the same window. New Window should be opened up for external website links.
5. Your metadescription is just too long. You might want to take all those keywords and write separate blog post or articles using those keywords.

eww, can't really find anything constructive to say other than go find yourself a website designer, sorry.
Buying a property is one of the biggest decisions you or anyone will make in their lifetime, your website should be giving off a sense of professionalism and trust. I for one would not look any further than the homepage.
