Real estate sites can be difficult because there is a lot of information that you want to get on the site, You layout is clear and easy to follow and to me it is very important. overall Site looks very nice.

Relatively speaking, the site has a layout pleasing to the eye. If you want critical, I think I may be able to give it a shot:
1. Huge no no: You have absolutely no keywords meta tags on any of your pages, listings or not.
2. Since you have a method for getting your listings in to the search engines, do you have a method to get them out, since you know they will eventually expire and thereby will become dead links? Think about that one. Google builds its own database of urls from your site since you allowed it and every other crawling agent to crawl your entire site by putting
User-agent: *
Disallow:
as the sole content of your robots.txt . When your listings expire, google comes back to crawl them again and again and again. The only way around it, regardless of whether or not you have a system of 410's, is to delete them one by one by way of google's WMC. This will become a management nightmare for you on down the road, long after your development guy is paid and gone.
3. You have quite a few pictures of your listings which is great, but absolutely not a single one of them carry any of your keywords in the alt tags (with the exception of the function that displays the "Other Tallahassee homes for sale".) You should have the address as the alt tag for each and every picture, especially on your listings page (although personally, I'd never index them) . Some of your pictures have blank alt tags. I could go on forever about SEO but I'll stop right there.
4. Your site's code does not validate very well: 29 errors and 2 warnings on your home page alone. http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.premiertallahasseehomes .com&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline &group=0
5. Your google map can quite easily show street view which is pretty popular. It doesn't.
6. Assuming that's a dynamic site, you could have very easily used text header and footer information to boost your content. You didn't.
I think those were the biggest technical criticisms I could find. Hope that helps.

Not too bad.
I did enjoy it however:
You should have the address as the alt tag for each and every picture, especially on your listings pageI am currently working from home (rental) on my business that sells Cuban Cigars. Looking to buy soon need some advice.

I like the color combination. Very nice.
The use of link text like "Click here for more details" does not bring any to the SEO work. Instead, use the text "948 Beaver Creek Way, Tallahassee, Fl 32301" or "948 Beaver Creek Way", to register those works when someone searches from tallahassee, beaver creek way or similar in the search engines.
