I realize that you get the MLS area of your site from your provider, but the list of cities has about 800 items in it - 781 to be exact.That seems a bit excessive to me.

I would contact then (or maybe you can figure out a way to do this yourself) to see if there is some way to break that list up into 10-25 regional areas. It would result in a better user experience.

Overall, your site looks very clean and professional. However, I would recommend that you add a few testimonials. Put them in little boxes to the left or right of your content (like you did on the homepage with the featured listing), scattered all over your site, with just a few positive quotes from past customers. Don't add them to a separate page - it's not as effective.
