Man... you are one heck of a `made for adsense' guy. To be honest? It looks a bit boring. Especially with so many ad placements. Your content is not of a particular`niche' and does not co-relate. And your optimized keywords in bold are so obvious that you are optimizing the site for adsense income. Perhaps you can tone that down a bit. Links are totally irrelevant to the subject of real estate. Relevance is revenue remember?

Well ...you just got an adsense click for me for some encouragment to improve your site!

Not a bad looking blog but it is a little basic and generic.

The 'Real Estate's Fan box' area goes off the layout which is not appealing.

The title of the blog in the header is not attractive. Try placing an image with a better looking text rather then just text. You can do that easily in blogger, where you change the header text just choose upload image instead, then choose replace text with image, then upload the image you created.

Maybe consider more images.

Good blog though, nice work so far.

The top description under the name of your site runs into the section below (the next color down) and your FanBox goes off the page. It does not feel lively, maybe a bit of contrast would help. That said, it is well on its way.

Not sure myself, does look like you are building a site to make money from adsense, the facebook widget is half on half off the navbar, there is a huge space under the adsense picture advert on the navbar as well.

My advice??? Get rid of blogger - get yourself wordpress and find yourself a nice template and get rid of the adsense!

It looks nice but there are too many google ads to my opinion. Maybe make the ads smaller or put less.

Nice start. I noticed your Fan Box is halfway off the main page in Firefox. Didn't check it in IE. Move your Fan Box into a bigger sidebar.

You may also want to add a recent posts bar. Maybe get rid of archives and put it there.
