    Default Nice Site

Real estate sites can be tough because there is just so much information you want to get on the, You layout is clear and easy to follow and to me that is the key. Site looks great.

In general, the better. Menus would be better if a little more specific.

When I go to your "Listings" link I get a form to fill out my contact information (which I don't like.... why would I give you my Name, phone, and email when I don't even know what you have to show me?).

When the form comes up there is no checking to make sure that a valid email address or phone number is included. I can send a blank form. Soon this word will get out and you are probably going to get a lot of spam from the submitted form.

    Just a quick note...

Why is it that nearly every real estate website in the States doesn't have its very own property results database with their own style?

You can tell straight away that you are pulling data from another website and it doesn't look very professional?
