Hey guys, can you please take a look at PropertyKeyword.com and tell me what you think? I couldn't find any site like this so I developed one myself.

Nice idea. I did a small test with some keywords and it worked well.
But I don't think people will use it.

1 thing that I did not like taht much is that when you click on the link "more results" it opens a new window.

Eh, you might make some money from the Google ads. How do you plan on promoting it?

Not really sure about promotion, I've submitted it to a few directories, and I've got a bit of text on the pages for the googlebot to find. Apart from that I'm open to suggestions!

cool idea. i think the site needs a lot more content and less google ads though.

it's not a good sign when you see three big google ads in the center middle of the front page. it's coming along though.

given that real estate is so location specific, I would be curious to see how many people actually use it...good idea though... I applaud anyone willing to give an idea a try!

Not sure how much value it is for serious buyers, although you can put specific locations in the search as well.

But for curious browsers, it certainly seems popular! I still get a kick out of finding houses with secret doorways
