I just picked up domain name

I am now just signing up for Real Estate Courses, However I found an available domain name I liked so I got it and for now I just put up affiliate links on it, but I hope to put it to practical use someday.

As mentioned above... get something going now, don't just park it there. It takes quite some time to get it seasoned. The sooner you get going with it the more seasoned it will become.

Put some unique content to it, if you are not a writer, then hire someone to do it for you, people do unique articles for like 1$ a article, can you believe that.

put some sort of a localized search, you will get some inquiries at times.
