I like your site. It works well and looks good. I did not look at it in depth but I can see you could increase the keywords in your img anchor txt and also increase your title and keyword relevance in your content a bit. It was at about 82%, it's decent though.

Does Google ignore the keyword "free" ? Has anyone heard that before?

List4homes, are you ever going to include any other states on your site? Specifically Minnesota??

Cool, glad to help. I use the SEOBook toolbar for seo xray's, kind of on-the-fly keyword/content check. There is plenty of other ways to check it out. It really looks good though, you are on the right path.

it looks good. you just need to populate with listings. i searched for my town in Canada and couldn't find it. Getting more people to use the service will help that out a lot.
