If anyone would help out that would be great. I am looking for a few different methods. I currently use yahoo, bargains, and a few more.

Anyone have some good sites that can message me. Thanks! I look forward to learning from everyone!

Go to Craiglist, or search for some blogs online and then send an email to a blog owner, they often provide simple advise for free.

    Hi,

You may try craigslist, backpage, ebay.. Or you may google housebuyerinstitute. Heard they sell properties at half the price.

Look out for bandit signs too.

Hey BOSS I would recommend using this method in Google.
(Sorry, I'm such a Google girl)

"us properties + (what you want)"
type it without the quotation marks, let's say you are looking for a mansion in florida, type in "us properties + florida mansion"
you could use other words of course.
