Looks pretty nice. My only comment would be to maybe look around for a smaller weather bar. I believe there are some nicer looking ones out there, I can't remember off of the top of my head though. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say.

This site looks good especially the header. I would spruce up the index page a bit and add some relevant RSS news feeds.

I like the header and the lay out. I just think that you should widen the margin so you could add more information regarding the site.

Generally looking, your web site is very decent. I like it, only you have one tiny error in your script code, file swfobject.js on line 5, it report that your variable t is null, meaning that is empty. I hope that i was helpful, with the rest I could say just: keep up the good work.
