Not bad at all. Did you create the site yourself?

I like the colors together. The top of the page, in the blue, seems a little empty though. A lot of space and not much up there. Maybe there is something useful that could be added/moved around?

I like the site, the only other thing I don't like is the price of those apartments! A 2 bedroom for $4,500!?!? I guess I am too used to living here in Chico,CA hah.

Good luck with your site, I hope it all works out for you.

Thanx for the imput. I'm actually just a novice with PHP but I am looking to pair up with a designer to create a realtymx.com clone. Just much more functionality and better management.

I agree, usually "first screen" is important, you have to fill it with content. Not just for looks but for crawlers also. The pay special attention to your front page. And usually they give a little bit more importance to the content on the top left side and lower to the bottom right. And try to use div tags for layout, search engines prefer them instead of tables. But besides this you are just fine. Put some more work to your site-it will pay off.

    Default No phone number

I really don't like when people have web sites that do not have phone numbers. I makes me feel like they are hiding something. Also, remember that people now use the internet as their phone books of the past.

Not much of a great design, it's simple and it does it's job, it'd be nice to explain a bit more what the website is about and what you want people to do, like a big banner saying "find your new home" or whatever it is that this website is for ;-)

It's good looks clean but I think you need to change the font size of your text because it's too small..

I agree with you. Font is one of the most important attributes of a website visual appearance. So you need to change it right away
