Your site is focused more on text and links. I recommend that you place images and make a logo for your site. On the good side, lay-out is organized. Regards.

Site is only for SEO purposes. My own backlinking and search engine crawl ability. I will not launch it officially for a year or two

No problem. By the way I would get a header logo made if I were you.. a graphic for the top text. I have heard google can tell what your logo graphic says...

Well I am not living in Augusta now, so I do not really have any real services to provide other than building my investor's list. I buy and sell real estate in Augusta, but do not have a license there, etc.

My ultimate goal would be to build a Augusta investment website, Augusta residential site, etc... then 301 redirect all of them to the appropriate page of my main augusta site for one super site
