Amenities and Features - What's hot?
Been doing a lot of searching for answers to this question, but you know that can be. Lots of hope, and lots of disappointing results.
I'm trying to figure out what property and community features/amenities are most sought after. I've got a property directory, and I want to offer the most widely used selection of features and amenities to be searched.
I'm faced with a couple of problems though. First, there are some amenities that always attract attention, and a few others that one person will encounter enough to call it common. And second, I could include every amenity that I can think of, and waste a bunch of page space, users time, and valuable server resources.
So I'm hoping you fine folks wouldn't mind offering some of your experience for me.
What are the top five to ten community features and property amenities that you come across, from both sellers and buyers?
