I like the SEO thing the most..because it's challenging and it really make me working in that kind of stuff..

In my personal website the two things that I look for is that it looks original and that I can maintain it and up date it myself. I don't like the cookie-cutter sites that most Realtors have.

for me, i love the landing page. whenever I visited a site from a search engine. I like it to load immediately without the pop-ups and annoying glittering ads.

The site must be seo ready. Of course the sense of having a site is to have conversions. So site must be seo friendly.

I like site which looks good in design and also easily crawable by search engine and user can navigate site easily
