Perfect for an agent
IDX Blogger is the one I use because it gives me a blog, a good look and feel, a public IDX search, and customizability. It also ties into my lead capture and contact list, its pretty much my go-to place for all of my clients. I also add a lot of community information for SEO purposes, but the site is SEO ready anyway.

The site has to be written with fresh and good content. The title has to be attractive. It should be interesting and also informative.
