I'm working on setting up the website for my small office in NC, and I'd like to provide tools to our users that they actually would find useful - I found a really good mortgage calculator at calculatemortgages .org - this is an obvious one though - what other useful tools do you usually put up on your site? (I like this calculator because it does taxes, pmi, home insurance *and* the mortgage payment - which i think gives a much more accurate picture!)
