PR is not related to good content.
PR is calucated on the links pionted to your site, but sure if you have good content you will be linked and your PR will be high.

well lets if you want to rank in most SEs try to target keywords by putting it to your title and description in meta tags and also try to use them in your content. Also study your competitors in order to gather ideas.

Good post iTrends. Content and Accesability are huge factors. But links push the rankings the best in my opinion. Steady, non spammy and related links.
