    I don't know how an agent can be judged on his or hers website! Seems strange to me.

    I think you would suprised how much importance people place on a good website no matter what professional area you are in. Image is everything, I hear and see that so often, ask any well paid graphic designer. (and even some that are not)

    If the first impressions sell, wouldnt you want anyone coming to your website to at least be reasonably impressed by its professional layout and design?
    Just jumping in with both feet. (well maybe all 4)

    Agreed. A good quality site is a good quality first impression. And online often times you only get a single chance to make an impression. Pay for some site upgrades, and it'll pay you back!

    It depends on the type of services you're selling, but if trust is an issue, having a great website is as important as what kind of clothes you wear or what car you drive.
