To all the Realtors out there....If you were going to pay for an online property listing service what kind of features would you like to have with the property listings? ie. School reports, mortgage calculators....how much is a reasonable amount to pay? And are you already paying for one now? I'm just wondering how I can make my property listing service that is in development better for you guys? Any suggestions are appreciated...thanks
