I installed ananlytics about 1 month ago and I was wondering what is a good bounce rate and average time on site? Keep in mind this is a real estate site so consumers would be searching through listings and what not which should keep them engaged for longer then a normal site. Right now I am roughly at 6 minutes per visitor and a 33% bounce rate. See my site in my signature.
    Thanks Have a great day!

For this type of site your bounce rate and average time is great. Initially when you said 6 minutes i thought there may have been a mandatory log-in but there isn't so for a real estate website the statistics you quoted are great.

Have you filtered out the bots? because they cause a significant amount of noise in the stats especially when traffic volume is low.

Your bounce rate is quite OK and it is not high and it is rather good for the real estate site. For the forum in general, it look great and perfect. Keep doing like this in future.

Try comparing your previous monthly or weekly data with your present website data. Then see changes whether positive and negative. What you can do so that people would stay longer on your website or page is to maintain a good CTA or call to action within your respective pages or listing going to related pages within your website. Users are of course, looking for information so make sure that you are giving them the right information when they land your pages.

Seems like you are doing very well with your bounce rate and time on site. How many and what terms do you rank well for in your market?
