    Default Real Estate Forms

I was wondering if any of you have tried or are presently using any of the real estate forms on your website that a consumer can print off and sign, or just sign and email back to you. As an example, something like a buyers agency agreement, duties owed form, or even maybe a contract that can be filled out and signed by the client from your site?

Any thoughts on this or does your state have legal issues with applying this through a website.

    Thumbs up

    Wayne,

That is a Great Idea! How about a form where the fill in the blanks and it requests the form from you? Food for thought that way it will always be up to date!
