Drupal from a Developers mind is the by far the Best CMS, its also the fastest but it not as refined as Joomla and it doesn't not offer as many components and plug-ins.

Joomla is the slowest out of the box however it can be adjusted to run faster than Drupal. Speed is not really an issue with either of the CMS systems as there are many ways to increase the speed. Joomla has tons of prefosessional level componenets and plugins. It by the far the most robust. You can do just about anything with Joomla.

Wordrpess is the second fastest CMS but again can be adjusted to run very fast. They have the most plug-ins however there are not as many professional plug-ins like that of Joomla. Wordpress has its limitations but again an overall good CMS.

    My Pick is Joomla

There are many open source CMS to choose from, however if you think you'll need something more than "static" pages, stick with the best known. Joomla is my pick.

what do you want to CMS? It depends on what you intend to in the next 10 years. What features do you want?

    Default masterkey and brighfox

We used to use brighfox which is great, but now we are using masterkey.

We are using the system in Dubai, not sure if it will work in other countries
