I already mentioned something about this in other thread. Yes SEO and creating backlinks helps you to get more traffic and higher search engine ranking. You can definitely do this yourself but the outcome of it takes time and alot of effort from your part.

Make sure when getting backlink services that they are high quality backlinks, dont be fooled by the volume but low quality ones. Also remember when you get tons of backlinks in a short amount of time, Google can penalize your site and may go down on rankings.

So my suggestion is this, .edu sites. Yes find a .edu backlinks provider because Google loves those. Those are really high quality sites that search engines loves.

According to me one can achieve sales only when they are getting traffic for their site and are worth making very positive investments.
