that's a fact! Domain names are a good way to tell people about what your site is. Making your domain name a unique one can also increase the level of your site's popularity among your visitors.

I am not a real estate agent but I still sell more houses via using some of my solid real estate domains.

You may hear varying opinions on this, but typically the best hierarchy of domains is as follows:

    1. .com
    2. .net
    3. .org
4 & up. using dashes like real-estate.com or adding a suffix like realestateblog.com

Typically you would only want to stick to the top 3 and if you can't find something within those options try looking for some other highly search terms that you could use as substitutes.

    Default hey guys

Sorry about my last comment, I just wanted to make sure I could add links. Domain name is important, but how the site is set up and marketed is more important.

What the heck, auto forum posters? Didn't know they existed, or at least could pass by.

Regarding the topic, the best top level domains for Realtors are Country specific TLDs, other than that, go for .com,.net,.org i wouldn't recommend any other.

Having a dot com domain alone is not going to get you top search engine placement. You need to have a properly optimized website in addition to the domain name.

Ok, so what do you think the domain name is? In the internet work domain name is considered to be the brand name for your business and as the business is setting up its place on internet and pushing the limits of Internet Marketing and Virtual Business… Domain name is getting its worth day by day.

Domain name should be short and easy to remember so that people can talk about it and quote if they want to. It is a great investment with relation to search engine optimization as if you your keyword is in your name you will more likely rank no. 1 for that term or you will at least get more credibility over other for having the exact domain name.

    Huh?

    1. And just how do you tell people about your website if you don't use a domain name?

    2. What exactly is a non-unique domain name? I didn't know they existed.
