Am i the only one that thinks you should check if a URL contains a trademarked term before bidding on it? I am currently bidding on a term where I own the trademark. So even if the other party wins the bid, they will not be able to use the address in relation to real estate. I guess it is possible that the other party wants to use it outside of real estate, but I find that unlikely. Any comments.
