Website for Real Estate Listing
My director is a real estate agent for just 2 years and have been successful for just posting advertisement online. He do 100% online marketing for his property listing, and he said that it is better to have your own website to organize your listing instead of having it to multiple free ad posting offers on web.

I think you should do both. Oromote on other websites that are ranked well while having your own website separate for more flexibility.
