Any recommendations on a CSS layout tool
Can anyone advise a good CSS layout administration tool to design pages with CSS?

I have heard that Dreamweaver MX 2004 handles CSS well.
I use notepad and then verify the look of the page by viewing it in various browsers (Firefox, IE, Netscape, Mozilla, and Opera).
When I was first trying to learn CSS it gave me some headaches. But then I went to CSS Zen Garden and studied their tecniques. What's great about this site is that most of the CSS files contain notes on the techniques that they used.

Take a look at Layout Master. The url is http://www.westciv.com/layout_master/. I believe they have a 30 day trial. I tried it awhile back but I found notetab pro easier for me.

The Style Master is pretty good. They just released their beta version to previous uses. So far - it is great!

Another CSS Layout question
I also have a CSS layout question. I had my website developed using CSS When you view it from different browsers, it shifts the page layout. I had to put a header on the top of my page to add my company's address, because it would keep shifting the address to the far right whenever I would add the text to the template I downloaded from the internet. Any suggestions. Look at my website to see what I am talking about: (eganre . com)

I find Dreamweaver CS4 great for CSS, but there is no substitution for learning the language. Once you have mastered it and understand it you will find great ways of laying things out and using the features that it has.
