    Default mls search on website

    Help, total newbie here. Trying to create website for my wife who just got here license. I'm using yahoo sitebuilder. Everything seems to be going well, but I got no clue on how to get a link that You can click on and will let the clients search the MLS

    You can go to your local MLS board and get the paperwork required to get MLS access. You also need the broker in charge to sign off on MLS access.

    In some markets you may have the option of using a 3rd party MLS provider (someone other than your local MLS board), but your broker will still need to sign a written agreement allowing you to use the MLS on your site.
