SEO is a group of different techniques to get your website highly ranked in Search Engines.

There really is no easy way of doing SEO. It takes a lot of hard and constant work, but can really pay off, especially if you are on a limited budget.

For starters, the most important tip I can give you is to use original and relevant content which should encompass keywords that may be used to reach your site.

Keywords should be used in your paragraphs, titles, headers, and meta tags, however you must be careful and not sacrifice your message over keyword use.

First of all you need to determine the keywords you want to target.
You will need to do some on page optimization: using those keywords in your website, META TAGS, Header TAGS, etc...
Also you will need to do off page SEO: building backlinks to your website using the targetted keywords in the anchor text of your backlinks

S.E.O = Search Engine Optimization. In a layman's point of view its things that you do on a webpage to get listed high on a search engine (eg.Google)

The main thing is the structure then the meta tags, keywords, and keyword density. When google crawls a website, it doesn't like messy codes. so your content and codes need to be laid out well and at the same time keeping it nice for users.

2nd thing is offline optimization. Offline optimization is link building, social networking, and all the other things that you do outside your site to drive traffic to your site.
