I would recommend Joomla + Real Estate Module + SEO module... it works great and easy to use from beginners...

Agree with slavpiz, you have a choice of modules in real estate, all of them offer much ore less the same thing. And also there is a ton of other plug-ins and modules for SEO, social bookmarking, security, forum, gallery etc. If you intend to have a simple RE blog than Wordpress would be just fine.

    Default Web Development Platform

In my prior life as a web developer and consultant, I found that the most important feature of a CMS was the ability for the average user to be able to backup their content easily. Whatever you choose to use, be sure that you can backup your content to your PC. If the server ever has a glitch, a harddrive fails, or a CMS upgrade wreaks havoc with the system, at least you won't have lost it all.

If you have good and rich website! try the following:
    Buy Pr 2-4 backlinks
    Use Adwords
    if it is new:
Use Free Ads websites ex: freefastads.com etc.
