Default 5 page site that pulls data from the MLS

I am looking for a 5 to 8 page website that can give the users an option to search properties on the MLS via my website. Does anyone have any experience with this? How much did it cost to build? Who built it? How long did it take to complete?

    Default link?

Do you have any links to examples of what it would look like for $200?

    Thanks for the info.

Just a word of caution, and this comes from personal experience:

What can be "done" for $200 and having it actually work and look ascetically pleasing are two totally different things. Make sure that you specify in as much detail as you can what it is you want -- this will keep everyone on the same page.

I.e. I wrote a 1 page spec for my site, got burned for $3K. Then I wrote a 9 page spec and got burned for $10K. Finally, I wrote a 52 page specification, and got what I wanted, for the most part, for $30K.

    Learn from my mistakes.
