    Default Blog or Web site

Is it better to make a blog or a Web site, if you are just posting articles and some photos?

It is best to build a website on a blog platform such as WordPress. This will allow you to have the site look like a static website so that you do not chase those who do not like blogs off and still get all the SEO benefits of WordPress. Let me know if you need any direction on making this become a reality.

    Cool

or you could use other CMS (content management systems) like Wordpress. it is easy to maintain and update rather than a static one. Aside from this CMS are highly customizable that can really fit to your needs, both SEO-wise and design-wise.

Both. Website front, with link to blog. Best of both worlds.

A blog website with WordPress is the way to go for sure. It is 100% more SEO friendly than other types of sites. The code is very clean and organized. My site is WordPress and I try to write a blog article once every 3 days and get a couple backlinks per day. In only 3 months I am in the first 3 search pages for google on very competetive keywords. I am a believer!

Unless you think of going commercial, blog is always a better option than a website. Wordpress or blogger can be a wise idea.

Wordpress is great because some of the themes look very professional. If you do not need MLS listings then Wordpress is a great way to go.

I would recommend wordpress also. However it is very important if you use it to remove the outgoing links to wordpress.org, because you are loosing linkjuice and you need to host the blog on your own server. Also if you are able to afford dedicated server it's better because google ranks lower if your hosting many sites on one IP address...
