    Default Hosting Recommendations?

    Hi Everyone,
I'm looking to change hosting companies soon. I was curious to see what hosting companies everyone likes.

Who is your favorite hosting company and why?

    Thanks!

Tucktail is a GoDaddy reseller...you can tell from the home page layout. I wouldn't use GoDaddy's services because they put up too many barriers. For example, you can't use SSH if you needed to. They don't allow it. If your business grows (as mine did) and you want to upgrade to a VPS server, you lose your free support. You have to pay for support at that point. There are many more reasons GoDaddy is a poor choice for a hosting provider, including their home made admin interface tools.

    Hi..

It depends on what type of site you want to start ? Do u required shared or dedicated server, linux or windows hosting. For an ordinary site you can go for Host Gator, Blue Host or Just Host and if u wanna go for VPS or dedicated then i guess Host Gator should be decently ok. I think blue host and just host do not have dedicated servers or VPS, m not sure you can check their sites.

I think godaddy and 1 & 1 are difficult and slow. I use Bluehost and like it pretty well. I've heard good things about host gator.
